Sacrificial Zinc Anode, from POOL TOOL
This is a unit that is necessary for all saltwater pools, This is a sacrificial anode that helps protect pool heater heat exchangers, light niches and grab rails from Galvenic corrosion due to electrolysis.
Special features:
- Standard 2" tee fitting allowing for easy installation
- 4' #8 bare copper bonding wire included for proper bonding
- Simple threaded insert design for easy replacement of the anode with no additional cutting
- bleader knob on top to prevent air pockets in unit, and ensure water removal during closing process
